Captures the look, sound, and feel of the original

From the hand-sanded top for an accurate dish carve to the double carve, hand-sanded neck, the Gibson Custom's Ace Frehley 1959 Les Paul delivers the qualities you'd expect from this guitar.

Classic PAF sound with a pair of Custom Buckers

Gibson Custom analyzed the sound of original PAF humbucking pickups and re-created that vibe with a pair of Custom Bucker humbuckers. These pickups use period-correct wire and a precise number of turns to create the tone we all know and love. You'll love the tight low end, complex midrange, and sweet highs you'll get out of the Custom Bucker pickups - it's everything you expect when you pick up a vintage Les Paul! We're picky about tone at Sweetwater, and these pickups deliver the vintage goodness you want!
